Introduction
Our three storey town house is situated on the edge of the peaceful village of Daya Nueva, which is surrounded by orange groves, typical of the Valencia region. We are well situated between Alicante and Murcia airports. It is approximately 30 minutes drive from each airport, with Murcia being slightly nearer, and quicker to pass through, due to being smaller. The village has all the basic amenities you would need, and the fantastic beach of Guadamar is only a ten minute drive.

Our House
Our home is fully furnished to the highest level. The house comprises of the following.
Ground Floor
- Gated front terrace suitable for off road parking.
- Large lounge diner with large sofa, dining table for six, TV and DVD. Air conditioned.
- Shower room, with sink and toilet. Fully tiled.
- Fully fitted kitchen with, fridge freezer, cooker, electric touch control hob, microwave, toaster, blender, and all utensils.
- Twin bedded room, with fitted wardrobe, and air conditioning.
- From the kitchen there is a walled open area, with washing machine, clothes washing sink, outside shower and water tap. This is an excellent safe area for small children to play. We have a paddling pool available for this area.
First Floor
- Master bedroom, with oak furnishings, king size bed fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Patio doors lead to a front balcony.
- Large double room fitted with twin beds. This room has fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. We also have two travel cots available for your use, best suited to this room.
- Separate door leading to small balcony, overlooking swimming pool.
- Large family bathroom with bidet and over bath shower. Fully tiled.
Second Floor
- Solarium with large oval table and six reclining chairs. BBQ and parasol. To the rear you have views of the swimming pool, village and countryside. To the front overlooks the road into the village and some traditional Spanish homes. With a beautiful view of a mountain range in the distance.
Outside
The communal swimming pool is directly behind our home, and is shared with around twenty other homes. Just a small walk around to the gates that you have a key for. There is a safe baby section to the pool. Two pool side showers. The pool is completely enclosed and well suited to children.#

Our house is a five minute walk to the village of Daya Nueva. Which has the following.
Butcher, Fishmonger, Bakery, Mini Supermarket, Pharmacy, Bank, Gift Shop, Doctors, beautiful church, restaurants. (one with an outside eating area)
Small village market on Tuesday mornings.
Also there is a great village lido with a large swimming pool, and a paddling pool. There is a shaded snack bar, where you can get toasties, cold beers ice creams etc. It costs One Euro to get in! It is well used by the local village and is a great activity within walking distance (10 min) Closed Mondays. Open May to September.
Further A Field
On the road to Almoradi from the village, there is a 24 hour garage. In Rohales/Almoradi there are larger supermarkets, although you can buy everything you need in the village.
Guadamar!!!! One of the main reasons we live here! The best beach. On arriving in Guadamar follow signs for Town centre. Turn left opposite the church to the beach. Restaurants are excellent here Miramar, Jamie and others. Serve 12 – 4 and 7 – 11. A perfect Day.
Road from San Pedro to Santiago De La ribera, large shopping centre, supermarket, Zara, gifts, shoes etc. A7 to Elche large shopping centre.
La Marina water park, great for small children, very good restaurant and snack bar.
